The Frega App does this by providing a database of customers, geotargeting sales offers and only charging for advertising when a sale is complete and using algorithmic sales data to ensure that stock levels and sales data correctly informs buying – streamlining P&L.

The Opportunity on Offer

Area Licensees oversee populations of approximately 1 million people, managing and mentoring 10 Territory Licensees beneath them. Your role is high-level and strategic—perfect for leaders with business development experience, management skills, and a desire to drive rapid regional growth.

You’ll help shape the early phase of Frega’s rollout in your area and earn from all transaction fees and service revenues flowing through the businesses in your network.

Your Role as an Area Licensee

• Recruit, onboard and mentor 8-10 territory licensees
• Guide their commercial success and local penetration
• Monitor KPIs, wallet spend, and transaction growth across your region
• Use Frega’s control dashboards to gain real-time insights and lead proactively
• Report upwards to  your Master Licensee and support peer learning across the business

This is a leadership role—requiring vision, execution, and the ability to inspire high performance in others.
