The AMR Group was founded in 1995 by Alan Mead who had been working in the property industry for over 20 years.
Alan’s aim was to provide employers in the Property, Estate Agency and Financial Services sectors, with the best candidates for their business by using his wealth of experience in the industry to identify the most talented individuals.
The company quickly thrived and within five years had also expanded into a franchise group, offering clients and candidates hands on local knowledge and in all four corners of the Country.

But, as your earning potential is uncapped, you may prove to achieve more than our current “averages” show. A number of our people currently earn £80,000 – £100,000 per annum.
Some of our franchisees operate as single people and others have grown to employ their own staff. Your personal ambitions can be achieved.
As an AMR franchisee you can be assured of that our business is tried, tested and proven. You can depend on our support and training.
Some capital will obviously be needed, but depending on the basis on which you start, this may be relatively modest. Having access to £10,000 will normally be enough to get you established and cover your needs for the first 4-6 months.
The Role
To source the very best staff available for our clients who are themselves based in the Property, Estate Agency, Lettings and Property Management, as well as the Financial Services, sectors.
In a tough economy employers know that the most important asset in their businesses is the quality of their staff. Because of this, they are always looking to improve that quality and particularly in today’s marketplace.
Who We Are Looking For
This opportunity would suit a person who has worked in a business environment and has a strong ambition to run and grow their own business. Your main attributes needed are good communication skills, enthusiasm, and drive.
We consider that this role would ideally suit someone who wants to build the foundation of operating their own business, but with the benefit of working within a well-established, tried & tested brand and business format.
If, you will have some experience of working within the Estate Agency or the Property industries and/or some recruitment experience, it would be helpful but none of this is essential as our training and induction process will provide most of what they will require.
A competent level of IT skills is important.
Franchise Summary
- Total investment is up to £15k (depending on the size of the territory), however, only a £5k upfront payment is required.
- The franchise agreement is a 5 year agreement, with a break clause after a year. Royalties are 10% and only deducted when deals are finalised.
- Franchisees do not need to reside in their territory of choice.
- Franchisees work from home and apart from the £5k upfront fee, they only need to cover their monthly shared fees.
- Franchisees need to pay a monthly shared services fee to cover group services related to advertising, software fees etc.
