Customers can contact franchisees directly or via head office. They offer the network a support structure which comprises of finding events for them to attend, selling parts, repairing equipment, and operating a non-geographical telephone number.

There is huge scope to expand this brand; for example, you could add additional attractions such as, bouncy castles, zorbes, ride along karts for toddlers, laser tag, etc. A new franchisor could also handle the sale and/or lease of transportation regarding branded vans or trailers.

All of the current and retired franchisee’s have stated that they enjoy running the business as it’s fun!

Parties can be held indoors or outdoors at any venue and are hosted and staffed by trained operators, so once the children have received their pre-driving instructions, the staff take over from there giving the adults the chance to relax and enjoy the whole experience as much as the drivers!
