OAKA Vending: Who Are We?

Oaka was established in Glasgow in 2016 as an Oriental food specialist, stocking up ingredients, drinks and snacks from everywhere in Asia! Our shops cover the main corners of Glasgow, but we want to bring our passion and market expertise even further.

That’s how Oaka Vending was born.

OAKA Vending provides vending machines with a new experience to customers, tempting them with food and drinks from all over Asia. Whether they’re up for a quick bite or a drink, OAKA Vending machines are the perfect fit for something tasty and out of the ordinary.

At the moment, the main aim of OAKA Vending is to install machines insides student accommodations. Why? Well…

Our motto is ‘Bringing Food Home’. Accommodations are the students’ homes for a long time and we want to make sure they are all well provided for.

Late night cravings? Got so much to choose from. Quick dinner before going back to study? Get those cup noodles! Last minute snacks for your movie night? We got you!

Also, more and more international students choose to study in the UK and we want to ensure they can enjoy their favourite hometown food, which can be so hard to find.

OAKA Vending machines offer a great deal of versatility, they can be installed anywhere from hotels, train stations to high streets… you name it!
